Ordering

We are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.

TIMELINE

Lead time depends on the product items ordered. Shells, assorted marine life, coral sand, and dry goods can normally be shipped within 5 working days. Decorative coral and large bulk orders generally require 5-15 working days before shipping. You will be informed of the approximate shipping date when your order is placed.

PLACING ORDER

We suggest placing your order via our website’s shopping cart. Our website not only allows you to view images and review pricing on available stock, but also provides total cost and quantity of items ordered. Orders may also be placed by phone or fax, between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm Pacific Standard Time – Monday thru Friday.  Please don’t hesitate to call if you have questions or need further information about specific product items.

QUANTITY DISCOUNT

Please inquire with our sales department if you plan on placing a large order. Large quantity discounts and case pricing may be available.

SPECIAL ORDERS

We can special order specific items that are not part of our standard inventory. For high value and or larger quantity special orders, a deposit may be required. Additionally, there is no guarantee on special order items regarding a specific timeframe for arrival.

OUT OF STOCK

Pricing NOT shown on the product page for an item or specific item size indicates out of stock. Unexpected demand, as well as the seasonal nature of certain product items, can affect stock availability. Please feel free to call regarding the future availability of any out of stock items.

BACK ORDERS

Tideline does not take back orders on out of stock items. However, we can give an estimated timeline for arrival of new stock if requested. Please NOTE – substitute items can be suggested– so don’t hesitate to ask.

ORDER CANCELLATION 

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of when the order was placed, and a full refund will be issued. After the initial 48 hours, a 20% discount of the items' original purchase price will be charged, per item canceled, due to process interruptions, and used materials. 

RETURNS

Tideline does not accept returns or issue refunds. However, If there are damaged or broken items, we will generate a store credit to be used on a future order.

TERMS

Prepaid, COD and net due. Open terms will be considered after a consistent customer purchase history has been established. Past due accounts will be assessed a 2% monthly finance charge.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Company Checks are accepted from established customers.
